Ultimate Staffing Services is actively seeking an experienced Growth Marketing Manager to join their client's innovative team. This role is a high-ownership, high-visibility position within a SaaS startup, where the successful candidate will be responsible for driving the demand generation engine and contributing significantly to pipeline and revenue growth.

The Growth Marketing Manager will treat growth like a case to be solved, owning strategy, execution, performance, and reporting. The role includes:
- Designing and scaling multi-channel programs across paid, organic, email, and social to drive qualified pipeline. Responsible for MQL, SQL, and pipeline contribution metrics.
- Mapping the buyer journey across personas and stages to inform campaign structure, sequencing, and measurement. Translating journey insights into channel strategy, content needs, and conversion logic.
- Digging into performance data to identify successful strategies, budget inefficiencies, and missed opportunities. Optimizing creative, copy, targeting, and spend allocation.
- Leading organic social strategy and execution across LinkedIn and other platforms to drive engagement and pipeline outcomes.
- Serving as the primary internal lead for the agency partner, translating strategy into clear briefs, and ensuring alignment with brand and goals.
- Building and maintaining dashboards to provide leadership with a clear picture of growth performance, presenting insights with clarity.
Qualifications
- 5-8+ years in B2B SaaS growth or demand generation, with meaningful time in a startup or early-stage environment.
- Fluency in paid and organic channels such as LinkedIn, Google, SEM, and email nurture.
- Experience mapping buyer journeys and influencing campaign development based on these insights.
- Data-first mindset, with a strong ability to analyze metrics and derive actionable insights.
- Experience managing agency relationships, including briefing, directing, and aligning partners with outcomes.
- Proficiency with HubSpot or equivalent CRM/MAP systems.
